Cookie Monster Cupcakes!

Ingredients:

- Chocolate cake mix

- Blue buttercream icing

- Candy eyes

- Mini cookies 

- Cupcake wrappers

First mix together the chocolate cake mix and bake it into cupcakes. Then pipe of the blue icing in swirls on the cupcakes after letting them cool. Next stick two eyes on top of the icing and push the cookie halfway into the icing like a face. And you're done! These cupcakes are super easy to make and decorate!
