Yummy VEGAN BREAKFAST bowl!

 Yummy Vegan Breakfast Bowl
   


It's so hard to be vegan these days, with new steakhouses opening all around town. I may not be able to save you from dinner yet, but I do have one of my all time favorite breakfast ideas. It literally only takes a few minutes to make, and it's also super healthy, so that's a definite plus! 
Ingredients: 
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 14 oz. 2% milk 
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

First, wash your fruits in a strainer with cold water. Then you're going to want to dice the strawberries up into little cube- like shapes. Next is the fun part: arranging the fruits. You can arrange the ingredients however you want, then enjoy! This meal is great for breakfast on work or school days, and you can make it the night before, as long as you put it in the refrigerator. You can also have it as a meal, or  a pre-workout snack. I hope you enjoy making this delicious vegan meal, and remember:
